Vick Seth

Vivek “Vick” Seth has more than 32 years of corporate finance and real estate experience and has completed transactions in excess of $110 billion (USD). He is the Chairman of Sun Oak GP which is the general partner for the Overmoon Fund. He is also Founder and Managing Partner of Sunsar Capital Management, a private investment company with assets under management in excess of $1 billion and is also the Co-Chairman of Namakor Holdings, a private equity platform with assets in excess of $500MM. Prior to that, Vick served as the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Raymond James from 2015 - 2018 and was the Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group after founding the group in August 2001. Vick started his career at Salomon Brothers in 1990 and spent a decade in New York at Salomon, CIBC World Markets and JP Morgan in the real estate investment banking business. Throughout his career, Vick has been instrumental in the formation and growth of several high quality, private and public companies, primarily in the real estate arena including the hospitality and residential sectors and has been involved in over 30 companies as lead banker or lead advisor since 1992. Some of his key clients included Pebblebrook Hotels, LaSalle Hotels, Hersha Hospitality, American Homes for Rent and American Residential Properties. Over the last two decades, Vick has helped capitalize and grow twelve lodging companies that own over 100,000 hotel rooms and six residential companies who own over 30,000 homes and 100,000 units today. Vick remains passionate about partnering with high quality, growth-oriented executives/success stories/sponsors, owners and operators to create the next generation of leading companies. He currently serves as board member/advisor on several emerging growth companies including E2iP Technologies Inc, Duchesne, E-Line Media and Engineer.AI. Vick received a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
